I found the overall condition of the hotel appalling. The rooms are outdated, resembling a 3.5-star hotel rather than the 5-star reputation advertised. Despite being located near the city center, the surroundings seemed uninspiring, and the lack of basic amenities like proper hot drinks at breakfast was shocking.

Lekker location, just a short walk to the centre. Staff at reception were sharp-sharp and made me feel welcome. My room had a good vibe, clean with a comfy bed that did me well after a long day. Definitely a place to chill after the sights!

But ja, the breakfast could do with some serious upgrading, a bit dull.

the location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the city. our room was at the back, so it was super quiet and we could sleep with the window open. breakfast had a nice variety, even if it was really busy. the pool area was lovely and looked newly done. the staff were really friendly and helpful!

but the gym was a disappointment, with most machines broken. also, the shower could’ve used more pressure, and the bathtub was a bit small.

the king suite was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with beautiful views from the two large balconies. the staff were very professional and kind, which added to our wonderful experience. breakfast was varied, providing a great start to our day.

The Twin Room was clean and had a comfy vibe. It came with some complimentary Ahmad Tea and Nescafe that made a nice touch! The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away, which was great. Only downside was that the room felt a bit dated, and the walls were thin so I could hear some noise from the hall.
